SPRINGFIELD – Due to anticipated severe weather on Saturday, Missouri State's football spring game has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 27 at 7 p.m., at Robert W. Plaster Stadium.
Â
Gates for the Maroon and White Game will open at 6 p.m., and basic stadium amenities will still be available.
Â
Tailgating will be permitted only in Lots 18, 19, 22 and 24. No tailgating will be allowed in the grass areas north of the stadium, traditionally used as BearFest Village on game days.
Â
There is no charge for parking or admission for the Maroon and White Game.
The youth clinic scheduled in collaboration with the Springfield Police Department will be postponed to a later date. It is expected the clinic will be incorporated into the BearUp with the Bears event and fan fest that will take place on August 27.
All football alumni activities scheduled for Friday will take place as scheduled.
