SPRINGFIELD -- The Missouri State tennis team is in action twice this weekend at Cooper Tennis Complex, hosting Creighton on Friday at 1 p.m. before taking on Central Arkansas at 10 a.m. Sunday.
MSU Notables
The Bears are 9-2 in their last 11 home matches, and 14-9 in the last 23 duals overall...Freshman

The Opponents
Creighton is 2-4 on the season with wins against Western Illinois and William Jewell. The Bluejays went 9-11 last season and finished eighth in the BIG EAST. Central Arkansas is 7-0, including a 4-3 victory against Southern Illinois of the Missouri Valley Conference. The Sugar Bears set a school record last season with 14 dual wins.
The Series
Missouri State is 18-4 all-time against Creighton, including a 5-2 win in Omaha last season. MSU lost its only match against Central Arkansas, 6-1 in February 2016.Â
