SPRINGFIELD -- Missouri State invites fans to attend a watch party for the volleyball Bears' upcoming trip to the NCAA Tournament. MSU takes on Michigan State at 4 p.m. Friday in the first round, and the doors of the Turner Family Hospitality Room located on the first floor of the Meyer Alumni Center (300 S Jefferson) open at 3:45 p.m.
The 25th-ranked Bears (28-5) and No. 12 Spartans (21-8) face off in Omaha, Neb., while host and No. 9 national seed Creighton plays Coastal Carolina in the second match. The winners play at 6 p.m. Saturday, and doors will open at 5:45 at the Alumni Center for the second round watch party.
The Bears Fund will provide snacks, and the matches will be streamed over the internet on Fox Sports Go.
