36-Hole Results

After a dismal first round the previous day, the Missouri State women's golf team bounced back Tuesday (Sept. 27) with a second-round 305 and moved up a spot at the Golfweek Conference Challenge in Vail, Colo. MSU shaved 24 shots off its opening 329 and has a 36-hole total of 634, which places it 17th in the 18-team field at Red Sky Golf Club.

San Diego State holds a commanding lead with a 567 total compared to second-place Pepperdine at 580. Tennessee is third at 583, with Denver (584), Old Dominion (594) and Washington State (594) rounding out the top six.

Senior Lindsey Eisenreich leads the way for the Bears after firing a one-over 73 Tuesday, matching her career-best score. After her opening 81, her 154 total puts her in a tie for 51st. Sophomore Rachel Johnson is next for MSU with 80-76--156, followed by Ashley Childers (84-77--161), Verena Gimmy (84-79--163) and Ryan Pate (85-79--164).
