SPRINGFIELD -- Missouri State football head coach Dave Steckel has announced walk-on tryouts for the 2015 Bears squad will take place on Monday, Aug. 17 at 4:15 p.m.

Interested players should meet upstairs in Forsythe Athletics Center to complete a medical screening. All potential walk-ons should be free of class commitments from 2:15 to 5:30 p.m., weekdays, and should arrive for tryouts in athletic clothing, gym shoes and cleats and have access to their Missouri State "M number." Potential offensive linemen and defensive linemen are strongly encouraged to attend.
