SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Missouri State University head coach Keith Guttin announced the Bears' 2015 Fall Baseball Camp schedule Monday, and the MSU coaching staff is now accepting applications for three different clinics to be held at Hammons Field.
MSU's Pitching/Catching Camp is open to grades 7-12 and will be held October 3-4, while the Bears will host a pair of Skills and Showcase Camps, August 29 and September 26-27, for players entering grades 9-12.
Over the course of the two-day Skills and Showcase Camp, participants will receive instruction in all phases of the game and individual evaluations while having the opportunity to compete head-to-head in up to three games. The Pitching/Catching Camp focuses on the fundamentals of pitching and catching, led by Bears' pitching coach Paul Evans, as well as several area high school coaches and current and former Missouri State professional players.
