Missouri State scored the first two points of the third set and led for the duration. Bradley closed to 12-10, but MSU had the answer again in the form of a 6-0 run that included two kills apiece from Ophoven and Wright.

The Bears owned a 45-30 advantage in total kills and held BU to an .083 attack efficiency. Emily Butters paced MSU with 16 digs and Johnson added 15 for the double-double. Boone established a career high with five blocks in addition to her .700 hitting percentage with seven kills on 10 swings.
