Football Move-In Photo Gallery | Complete Weekend Calendar

Several members of the Missouri State football team spent Friday afternoon helping students and their families get moved into the vaious residence halls as MSU's "welcome back weekend" got underway.

The Bears helped carry boxes, bags, clothes and furniture into the dorms and helped point new students in the right direction.

The weekend features a number of athletic and student events:

FRIDAY

• 6 p.m. - Pizza with the MSU Volleyball team (Hammons Student Center), $5
• 7 p.m. - MSU Volleyball intrasquad scrimmage (Hammons Student Center), Free
• 7 p.m. - MSU Women's Soccer vs. UALR in season opener (Plaster Field), Students Free / $5 adults

SATURDAY

• 9 a.m. - MSU Football intrasquad scrimmage (Plaster Field), Free
• 7 p.m. - MSU Volleyball Alumni Match (Hammons Student Center), Free
• 7:30 p.m. - BearBash (Plaster Student Union), Free

SUNDAY

• 1 p.m. - MSU Women's Soccer vs. North Texas (Plaster Field), Students Free / $5 adults
• 2 p.m. - New Student Convocation (JQH Arena), Free
• 2:45 p.m. - BearWalk from JQH Arena to Plaster Student Union
• 3 p.m. - New Student Festival (Plaster Student Union), Free
