What's In Store: After a 51-7 setback at No. 15 Arkansas to open the 2011 campaign, the Missouri State Bears hope to regroup this Saturday when they travel to Richmond, Ky., to battle the Eastern Kentucky Colonels at 5 p.m. (Central). The Bears took care of EKU at Plaster Field last September, scoring a 31-9 opening-day victory despite a weather delay that cause the game to be moved from Thursday night to Friday afternoon.

Eastern Kentucky nearly pulled off a monumental upset in its 2011 season opener Saturday at Kansas State. The Colonels led 7-3 late in the game before the Wildcats mounted an 11-play, 86-yard touchdown drive -- their only TD drive of the game -- to secure the game-winning touchdown with just 1:39 remaining. EKU's offense was held to just 129 total yards (10 rushing yards) and 7 first downs. However, the Colonels' defense provided a solid punch to hold K-State to 303 total yards (3.9 per play) and collect 13 tackles for loss, two sacks, an interception and four fumble recoveries.
