Kinsella tops nation for second week in a row

The Missouri State field hockey goalkeeper Kim Kinsella ranks number one nationally in shots on goal save percentage at .848 and save percentage at .833 with 103 saves.

The Bears are number two in the nation in saves, goalkeepers Kinsella and Jessica Schuster, having an eleven saves per game average.

Kinsella holds a 4-6 record with one shutout this season. She is also number eight with a 1.77 goals-aganist average.

Missouri State field hockey is 1-3 in the Mid-American Conference and 5-6 overall this season.

The Bears continue conference play at home October 14 and 15 with two matches against Central Michigan. Saturday's game starts at 10:30 a.m. and Sunday's game starts at 12 p.m.
