Antonio Thomas collected two gold and a silver medal to help the Bears earn the overwhelming victory at the 2020 Mid-American Conference championship. MSU totaled 892 points and led for three of the four tournament days to record its 21st program title. Thomas finished his MSU career with MAC Co-Swimmer of the Year and Outstanding Senior distinctions. He paced the long-distance finishers in the 1650 free and clocked a runner-up time in the 500 free (4:21.02). He also took home the top prize in the 400 IM (3:52.13).
