Paige Grisham returned to her alma mater to join the Athletics Development staff in October 2022.
Grisham made the short move from Drury University, where she held a similar role in fundraising for capital projects, annual giving, scholarships, and major gifts to athletics. She also oversaw ticketing and marketing for DU athletics and the O'Reilly Family Event Center, assisted the in the founding of the Drury Panthers Fund, served as a sport administrator overseeing several Drury teams, and was the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) liaison.
During the 2021-22 academic year, Grisham led the department's fundraising efforts in a record-breaking campaign, surpassing a quarter-million dollars raised. She took the lead in moving the Drury Athletics Auction to an exclusively online event, and also assisted in the sports communications office and in hosting the NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Midwest Regional during her time at DU.
Grisham previously worked in the Athletics Department at Missouri State University for seven years serving as a facilities/event operations manager as well as graduate assistant for the ticket office. In addition to her work at Missouri State, Grisham served as the Supervisor of Ticket Operations for the Springfield Cardinals from 2014-17 managing game-day operations and customer service.

The Springfield native earned her bachelor's in entertainment management from Missouri State in 2016 and furthered her MSU education with a Master's certificate in finance and MBA.
