Adam Rollman joined the MSU staff on a full-time basis in February 2018 after serving as a volunteer assistant in 2017. During his first season with the program, Rollman’s duties included utilizing DataVolley software, film and statistical break down for both Missouri State and opponents, maintaining team video equipment and coordinating match-day film setup, creating and aiding in MSU player and opponent scouting videos, and assisting with other day-to-day duties of the program.
Rollman has accumulated extensive coaching experience since graduating from the University of Nebraska in 2012, most recently serving as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Central Michigan for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. He worked primarily with the Chippewas’ outside hitters and defensive specialists, helping the program to its highest conference win total in three years in 2015.
The Norfolk, Neb., native spent the 2014 season as an assistant coach at Jacksonville University, aiding the Dolphins to the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament title and an NCAA Tournament appearance.
Rollman has also served as a volunteer assistant at Creighton, Iowa, and Nebraska Wesleyan, and was a student manager for the Nebraska volleyball team during his time as an undergrad.
He was a four-year starter as an outside and opposite hitter for the men’s club team at Nebraska, serving as the club president his senior year and helping the team to top-10 national finishes in each of his four seasons. His resume also includes numerous coaching stops with clubs and summer camps.
