Indoor: Did not compete for the Bears.
Outdoor: Competed in three meets… Opened the season running 1:05.53 in the 400-meter dash and aided in an MSU 4x400-meter relay (4:07.74) at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (March 26)… Traveled to the Tom Botts Invitational (April 16) to compete in the 400-meter dash (1:07.15)… Concluded her season clocking in a personal best time of 1:02.71 in the 400-meter dash at the Missouri State Invitational (April 22).

2015 Track & Field
Indoor: Competed in three meets ... Opened the season at the Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 9) with a ninth place finish in the 4x400-meter relay in 4:02.60 ... Placed 29th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.10 at the Missouri Invitational (Jan. 16) ... Competed in three events at the Tiger Invitational (Feb. 6): 13th in the 200-meter dash (28.62), 13th in the 400-meter dash (1:08.95), and second in the 4x400-meter relay (4:03.50).

Outdoor: Did not compete for the Bears.

Background:Ran three seasons of varsity track for coach Sheldon Webster at McCluer North High ... Four years as a flyer on the cheerleading team ... All-conference, all-district, and all-state selections for each of her three seasons on the track team ... Set school records in the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 ... Conference, sectional, and state champions in her senior season.

Personal: Miche-Ala Denise Woods was born November 26, 1995 in St. Louis, Missouri ... Daughter of Michael and Terrie D. Woods ... Has two sisters, Hollie Woods and Victoria Bedford ... Plans to major in Exercise and Movement Science at MSU.
