Ran in four events for the Bears… Opened the season at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird Meet (Sept. 2) with a time of 16:21.7 to finish 53rd... Finished 95th at the Missouri Southern Stampede after running an 19:56.40 5K… Recorded a 20:07.4 5k mark at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 1) and a 25:22.1 6K time at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 14).

2015 Cross Country
Appeared in five meets for the Bears...Started out the season at the Bob Timmons Dual (Sept. 1) running 21.47.2 and finishing 38th…Competed at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 19) to take 18th-place in 20:03.20…Finished in 20:13.42 at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 2)…Placed 46th at the Little Rock Invitational (Oct. 17) with 20:04.2…Finished 2015 season running 25:32.4 in the 6-kilometer race at the NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov. 13).

2014 Cross Country
Competed in three meets for the Bears ... Opened the season in 67th at the Walt Crawford Invitational (Sept. 5) with a time of 21:56.23 ... Earned 36th at the Saluki Invitational (Sept. 20) in 21:45.14 ... Ran a 25:01.0 to finish 72nd at Kansas' Rim Rock Classic (Oct. 4).

2013 Cross Country
Competed in all of MSU's meets ... Posted a time of 13:14 in season-opening two-mile Tulsa Duals on Aug. 31 ... Saved best for last, adding best 5K time in Missouri Valley Conference Championships ... Ran 19:54.30 (64th overall) in season's final meet.

Background
Competed in track and cross country for the Bulldogs of Bettendorf High ... As a senior, ran a personal-best time in the 800 meters ... Led Bettendorf's distance medley team to a state title and the third-best time in Iowa prep history ... Earned top-10 state finishes in the 800 meters and 1,500 meters ... Helped the school's 4x400m relay team to a runner-up finish at state ... Owns Bettendorf's records in the 4x400, 4x800, distance medley relay, and has the second-best 1,500m time ... Earned all-district and all-conference honors for track three times ... Was a two-time all-conference and all-district selection in cross country ...
