Background: A 6-0 forward out of Dexter Southfield School (Mass.), O'Grady was named a team captain and averaged 12 points, six rebounds and three assists per game as a senior, helping lead her team to the NEPSAC AA title game…As a junior, she averaged 12 points, six boards and five assists per game as her squad made an appearance in the NEPSAC semifinals…In her sophomore campaign, she averaged 12 points, five rebounds and four assists…Was named a NEPSAC all-star after averaging 10 points, five rebounds and three assists per game as her team advanced to the NEPSAC championship in her freshman season…Played AAU basketball as a member of the Bay State Jaguars.
