At Missouri State: Bailey enters her senior season as one of the seven seniors who have never lost a conference championship. 2009-10: Bailey showed her versatility in her junior campaign, posting personal bests in four different events. In the MVC championship meet, Bailey turned in times of 57.77 in the 100-yard butterfly and 58.15 in the 100-yard backstroke. Both times were the third-fastest times for any Bear that season. She was also fourth on the year in the 200-yard individual medley with her time
of 2:11.24 at the Purdue Invitational...2008-09: swam inseven differentevents for Missour state as a sophomore...cracked the season topfive in 100-yard butterfly (58.14 - 4th), 100-yard backstroke (1:00.26 - 5th)and 200-yard Individual Medley (2:10.68 - 4th)...2007-08: Bailey was a strong competitor for the women[apos]s squad her freshman season. She finished fourth in the 1650 free where she recorded a personal best time of 17:40.92. She also finished fifth in the 100 back and ninth in the 400 IM at the Valley Championships. Background: Nina Bailey joined the Bears from St. Benedict at Auburndale High School in Memphis, Tenn. Bailey was an all-metro and MVP selection her junior year.
