• MSU Athletics Director's Honor Roll - Fall 2012, Spring 2011

2012-13: Helped lead the Bears to their highest finish at a MAC Championship as a captain of the men's team...Registered career bests in two of three individual events at the 2013 MAC Championships...On Day 1 of conference, broke the 21-second barrier for the first time in career in prelims (20.98); moved up three spots and bettered prelims time to win the consolation final (20.87)...Finished 24th in the 200 free (1:42.75) at the MAC Championships...Second personal best came on the final day of conference in the 100 free; finished 21st overall in the 100 free (46.36)...Placed top-16 in the 100 and 200 free at the UIW Christmas Invitational. 

2011-12:Member of the Bears' second-place 800 free relay that was under the previous MAC championship record; quartet of Baryshok, Sims, Schuermann and McKnight rewrote the MSU record with a time of 6:33.53...Top-16 finisher in the 200 free (15th) on Day 2 of conference...Placed 22nd out of 29 swimmers in the 100 free at the MAC Championships...Won the 100 free vs. Lindenwood (11/4)...Collected first-place finish in 200 free vs. Truman State (11/5)...Finished on the season's top times list in three events: 50 free (5th), 100 free (5th) and 200 free (4th).

2010-11: Had a strong performance at the Tunica Invite, collecting a victory in the 100 free and a third-place finish in the 50 free...Set personal bests in the 50, 100 and 200 free at the 2011 MAC Championships...Dropped more than three seconds in the 200 free...Was a key contributor on relays, swimming on the 200, 400 and 800 free relays at conference.

2009-10: Did not compete in any meets as a freshman.
