Colt Reichl joined Missouri State's men's soccer program as a volunteer assistant coach in the spring of 2017. The goalkeeping coach previously served as the director of coaching for the FC Dallas-East Texas Juniors Academy and was an assistant at LeTourneau University for two seasons prior to that.

 While working at Letourneau, Reichl was also the goalkeeper coach for the Shreveport Rafters FC in the National Premier Soccer League.

 As an undergrad at San Francisco State University, Reichl lead the Gators to their best record in 17 years. His 0.90 goals-against average and 12 saves also helped the team to their most wins in a season since 2005.

 Reichl is a USSF "C" licensed coach and holds an Advanced National Diploma with the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Reichl holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts from San Francisco State and a Master's in Business Administration from LeTourneau.
