High School: Completed a successful prep career for coach Mike Romeli at Plainfield (Ill.) East High School … Was a three-year letterman allowed just one sack over his final two seasons -- and none his senior season -- with the Bengals, starting all 9 games as a senior in 2015 … As a junior, he started six times helped pave the way for an East offensive unit that featured both a 2,000-yard rusher and a 2,000-yard passer, while giving up just one sack in 230 pass attempts … Also competed in wrestling in high school.
