Mission Statement
Our passion within the Missouri State Strength and Conditioning department is overall development of our young student-athletes concentrating on preventing injuries and increasing athletic potential on their respective field of play. Through identifying our student-athletes weaknesses, strengths, and biomechanical limitations we set a foundation through which success can be built upon. We strive to provide not only our student-athletes but sports programs as well with the tools they need to succeed at the highest level including winning conference and NCAA Division I championships and bringing home the Missouri Valley All-Sports Trophy.
Goal
The goal of our strength & conditioning programs are to improve power and strength of the hips, legs, back, trunk, and shoulders for the purpose of improving athletic performance and preventing injuries.
