Biography

At Missouri State:In her last season as a Bear, Yolanda Caputa was tied for fifth in scoring with one goal scored against the 2-0 shut-out of in-staterival SaintLouis(Sept.13).As ajunior, Caputa saw playing time in 11 matches at midfielder for the Bears. As a sophomore, she saw action in eight matches, while starting two. Caputa played in five matches as a freshman in 2003.

Background: Caputa joined Missouri State after four years at Nerinx Hall High School in Webster Groves, Mo.

Personal: Caputa was born Feb. 26, 1985, in St. Louis, Mo. She is the daughter of Thomas and Debbie Caputa.
