Biography

At Missouri State: Melissa Millin, in her senior season, will look to be a big part of an attacking group of midfielders. In her junior season, Millin played in all 18 matches with 15 starts for the Bears. She scored six goals and two assists for 14 points. She scored two goals and contributed two assists as she started in 11 of the 19 matches that she played in for the Bears in her sophomore season. One of her goals came in a 4-3 win over Lindenwood on Oct. 16. As a freshman, Millin gained playing time in four games.

Background: At Episcopal High in Bellaire, Texas, Millin was a four-year letterwinner in field hockey and tennis, and a two-year letterwinner in basketball before coming to Missouri State to play field hockey. She was named to the all-conference team her junior and senior seasons and the All-South Zone team her last three years in high school.
