Senior (2024)/Career Summary
• Appeared in 25 matches and 93 sets in her final season
• Ranked third on the Bears with 2.86 kills per set and a .237 attack efficiency
• Had 16 double-figure kill matches with a high of 20 at Valparaiso (10/12)
• Ended MSU career with 469 kills on .223 hitting, 2.65 kills per set and 90 total blocks in 177 sets

• Suffered an injury prior to the season and was afforded an injury redshirt to play a sixth season in 2024

• Started 22 of her 23 appearances, hitting .205 with averages of 2.42 kills and 0.60 blocks per set
• Had 25 kills on .422 hitting Oct. 22 against UIC, the first MSU player since 2017 to hit above .400 with at least 25 kills

• Accumulated 1,583 kills on .380 hitting, 462 digs, 107 blocks, 145 aces and nearly 1,800 points in 102 career matches at Cowley
• Helped the Tigers to a 41-1 record and national runner-up finish in 2021, hitting .450 on the year with 605 kills (4.65/set), 71 aces, 159 digs and 32 blocks as a first-team AVCA All-American
• Led the nation with 503 kills and a 5.19 average in 2020, hitting .336 with 28 aces, 204 digs and 49 blocks as a NJCAA First-Team All-American
• Tallied 475 kills (4.36/set) on .350 hitting as a NJCAA First-Team All-American her freshman season
• In her native Bulgaria, Halacheva played for VC Maritza Plovdiv, considered one of the top volleyball programs in the country, leading the club to a title at Bulgarian Women’s Championship and the Bulgarian Super Cup with a second-place finish in the Bulgarian Cup
• Named the team MVP and best hitter in multiple Bulgarian youth national championship tournaments

• Daughter of Dimitar and Todorka Halacheva, as well as to foster parents Tara and Pete Vang
• Graduated in May 2024 with sport and park administration degree and is working towards a Master’s in sports administration
