Biography

Background
• Transferred to Missouri State after graduating from the University of South Florida in May 2013 with a organizational communications degree
• A first-team all-Big East selection for the Bulls in 2012 after averaging 2.53 kills, 0.69 blocks and 0.28 digs per set on .289 hitting as a junior
• Helped USF to an overall record of 17-15 and a tie for sixth place in the 14-team Big East that season
• Junior year highlights include 22 kills on .450 hitting in a 9/30/12 win over Cincinnati and eight blocks against Syracuse (10/5/12)
• Played in all 28 of USF[apos]s matches during her sophomore season, ending the year 228 kills, 42 digs and 93 blocks in 103 sets
• Had several standout performances that season, including nine blocks versus Maryland-Eastern Shore (9/2/11), 15 kills and eight blocks against UConn (10/7/11), and 11 kills on .474 hitting against Rutgers (10/1/11)
• Tallied 64 kills and 14 blocks in 41 sets as a true freshman in 2010
• Enters her senior season with career totals of 606 kills, 192 blocks and 82 digs
• Prepped at Northside Christian High in St. Petersburg, Fla., where she was a multi-sport standout
• Competed in the 2009 and 2010 USA Volleyball Junior National Championships
• Named to the St. Petersburg Times All-County First Team as a senior as well as earning a spot on the All-Suncoast Second Team
• Was the MVP of the basketball team her senior season and a five-year starter on the hardwood, and set the school discus record during the track and field season
