18-Hole Scoring

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Sophomore Marlee Edgeman led a trio of Missouri State golfers atop the leaderboard in Monday's (Mar. 9) first day of the Evangel Spring Invitational at Rivercut Golf Course. Edgeman shot a three-over-par 75 to grab the first-round lead, while teammates Siena Minor and Rylie Andrews sit in second and third place, respectively, entering Tuesday's final round. Minor carded a 78 and Andrews an 81 on a warm but blustery day.

The threesome, the only Bears competing in the tournament, are playing as individuals, so MoState has no team score. Tuesday's final round is scheduled for an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
