Coyee Zhang nabbed the Bears other point with a 2&1 decision.
MSU ran into a buzzsaw in the afternoon, dropping a 4-1 decision to top-seeded ULM. The Bears lone point came from senior
Kiser Pannier, who rang up a 5&4 win. Baumstark dropped a narrow 1 up decision despite shooting one-under-par, and Zhang lost 2&1 despite carding even par.
MoState will square off against third-seed Central Arkansas in the third-place match at 8 a.m. Tuesday.
