TULSA, Okla. – Missouri State women's tennis fell to Tulsa with a 7-0 loss on Thursday afternoon at The Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

The Golden Hurricane proved too strong across doubles and singles play.

In the doubles, Isabella Basson and Uta Asakura beat the Bear tandem of Matilde Ercoli and Lucy Latham with a score of 6-1.

Maria Santos and Carolina Alonso beat Bears' duo Elsie Jackson and Raluca Puscas with another 6-1 scoreline.

Lilitha Ndungane and Erin McKenzie beat the No. 3 Bears' doubles pair Leni Eichner and Billur Gonlusen, 6-3.

In singles play Tulsa also managed to make home all six wins to secure the 7-0 final scoreline.

In No. 1 singles, Isabella Basson beat Missouri State's Lucy Latham in a close, 7-5, 6-3 match-up.

At the second spot, Maria Santos beat Bear Billur Gonlusen, 6-1, 6-3.

In the third position, Carolina Alonso beat Missouri State's Leni Eichner, 6-2, 6-1.

In the four spot, Alice Baba beat Matilde Ercoli, 6-2, 6-2.

At the fifth position, Uta Asakura beat Bear Elsie Jackson, 6-3, 6-0.

On court six, Lilitha Ndungane beat Missouri State's Raluca Puscas in a tight, 6-4, 7-5 scoreline.
