Cross Checking the Bears
- The Missouri State cross country team will travel to Southeast Missouri State for the Redhawks Invitational on Friday, Aug. 29 at 6:45 p.m. to open the 2025 season.
- SEMO will play host to 11 schools, including seven Division I schools. D1 schools include: SEMO, SIUE, Murray State, Eastern Illinois, Lindenwood, UT Martin, and Missouri State.
- Missouri State moves to Conference USA in 2025, finishing a 43-year tenure in the Gateway/Missouri Valley Conference.
- Missouri State was picked eighth in the 2025 CUSA Preseason Poll.
- The Bears return 14 runners and welcome two freshmen to the 2025 team.
- Two runners with top-five meet finishes in 2024 continue their careers as Bears. Ella Cronhardt and Addysen Clark had one top-five finish each.
- Head coach Jordan Fife enters his 12th year at the head of the cross-country program.
