Banquet Ticket Reservation Form
 
SPRINGFIELD – MSU men's basketball head coach Dana Ford has announced that his team's 2018-19 Awards Banquet will take place on Monday, April 29 at 6 p.m., at Double Tree by Hilton Convention Center (2431 N. Glenstone Ave) in Springfield. Doors open at 5 p.m.
 
Banquet tickets are available by contacting Terrie Coulter in the Missouri State basketball office at (417) 836-4136 or via email at Tcoulter@missouristate.edu. Individual tickets are $30, while table reservations for groups of eight can be reserved in advance for $220.
 
This year's banquet will feature player awards, a tribute to the team's seniors and a season review by coach Ford.
 
The reservation deadline is Wednesday, April 24. Payments will be accepted up to the day of the banquet by check or credit card. Credit card orders can be paid on site at the banquet.
