CLEVELAND, Ohio – A first-place and runner-up finish in the short-distance freestyle events earned Samuel Senn a Mid-American Conference Swimmer of the Week distinction, as announced by the league Wednesday.

Senn capped a MSU six-event win streak with a victory in the 50 free (21.02) over crosstown rival Drury in both squads' annual meeting. He added on a runner-up finish in the 100 freestyle, clocking in at 46.55.
