ST. LOUIS – The Missouri Valley Conference has released its national and regional television assignments for the upcoming men's basketball season with Missouri State well represented on the league's broadcast slate.

Highlighting MSU's television opportunities this winter will be a pair of potential games on ESPN2 as part of the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame Classic in Kansas City, Nov. 19-20. The Bears will play Nebraska on ESPN2 on Nov. 19, before a game against Texas Tech or USC the following night. The second game of that event will air on ESPN2 or ESPN3, depending on the Bears' placement.

MSU will also have three potential appearances on ESPNU with games at Drake (Jan. 20), at home against Illinois State (Feb. 10) and at Loyola (Feb. 17) falling into the league's "NetFlex" category. Those games will air on ESPNU or ESPN3, as determined by ESPN executives three weeks prior to the game date.

Coach Dana Ford's squad will be featured on CBS Sports Network once – the Jan. 23 home game against Loyola.

The Bears have three guaranteed games on FOX Sports Midwest and the MVC Television Network with home games against Bradley (Jan. 26) and Southern Illinois (Feb. 6) as well as a road game at Illinois State (Feb. 27). Likewise, the first two rounds of the State Farm MVC Tournament in St. Louis will be featured on the MVC Television Network, which also includes NBC Sports Chicago, FOX Sports Kansas City and FOX Sports Indiana, in addition to the entire footprint of FOX Sports Midwest.

MSU's regular-season finale against Drake on March 2 at JQH Arena is part of the MVC's Wildcard Weekend lineup that features three of the conference's five games that day on ESPN2, CBS Sports Network and ESPN3 exclusive. Those determinations will be made about three weeks in advance of the game date.

The Bears' game at Oregon State on Saturday, Dec. 1 will be shown on the PAC-12 Network.

The remainder of Missouri State's home games will be aired exclusively or collaboratively with ESPN3 or ESPN+ through the new ESPN App.

Missouri State's lineup on KOZL and the MSU Television Network is currently being finalized and will also include at least seven Bears' basketball games not included as part of the Valley schedule.
