SPRINGFIELD -- Missouri State will play its fifth volleyball match in five days Monday when it visits Kansas State for a 5 p.m. contest inside Ahearn Fieldhouse in Manhattan, Kan.
The Bears (4-3) are coming off a busy weekend in which they finished second in the annual Dr. Mary Jo Wynn Invitational at Hammons Student Center, beating Oral Roberts, Incarnate Word and Milwaukee, and losing to Western Kentucky.

Lily Johnson earned all-tournament honors for Missouri State.
Kansas State is 5-1 on the season with its lone loss coming against Arizona. Each of KSU's five victories have come in straight sets as the Wildcats are picked to finish fifth in the Big 12 this season. Sophomore setter Katie Brand is a preseason all-conference pick for KSU.
Missouri State holds a 15-8 series lead over KSU, though the Wildcats have won the last six meetings, including a 3-0 win in Springfield last season.
The Bears continue their road trip Sept. 12 and 13 in Madison, Wis. Missouri State plays Ball State at 4:30 p.m. Friday, fourth-ranked Wisconsin at noon on Saturday and Miami (Fla.) at 5 p.m. Saturday.
