SPRINGFIELD -- The Missouri State University Intercollegiate Athletics and its marketing partner, Nelligan Sports Marketing, announced recently that Revel Advertising, will serve as the Bears' official advertising agency for the 2012-13 season.
"We are excited to be working with one of the top advertising and branding agencies in the area," said Kyle Moats, Missouri State director of athletics. "Revel has done a fantastic job in helping put forth a consistent brand image. We look forward to working with them on many future projects."
As a part of the agreement, Revel Advertising will work with Missouri State on overall branding efforts, produce all marketing collateral materials including posters and schedule cards as well as print and outdoor advertising elements. In addition, the Springfield-based agency will serve as a consultant on the placement of all electronic advertising.
Revel Advertising was the driving force behind the development and implementation of the "Be A Bear" campaign, providing a central rallying point for all 16 MSU programs.
