Missouri State Men’s Soccer will travel to Peoria, Ill., to face the 6-7-1 Bradley Braves. The Bears are coming off of a huge home conference tie against second ranked Creighton on Tuesday (Oct. 21).
The Bears enter the game with a 4-7-4 record and are 1-1-1 in the conference after forcing a 0-0 tie in double over time against the visiting Creighton Bluejays on Tuesday (Oct. 21). The Bears were anchored by their defense that held the Bluejays scoreless despite being outshot by a 21-6 margin. Alex Riggs continued his stellar play in goal this season with a huge night that included 12 saves among numerous other outstanding plays.
The Braves enter the game with a 6-7-1 record and are 1-2 in conference play and are on a two game losing streak. The Braves are coming off of a tough 4-1 loss at Drake on Wednesday (Oct. 22) and a 2-0 loss to Creighton on Saturday (Oct. 18). The Braves will be led by Chris Cutshaw who has nine goals on the season.
The game will be in Peoria, Ill., at 7 p.m. on Saturday (Oct. 25)
