Missouri State's Stacey Arkovich has been named Missouri Valley Conference Diver of the Week, for the week of Feb. 1-8, the Valley announced Wednesday. This is Arkovich's fourth MVC honor this season.

Arkovich of Ames, Iowa, placed first in the three-meter diving competition with 326.15 points at Saturday's Missouri State dual meet win over Webster and John Brown. Her score is the best in the Valley this season by over 25 points and is also an NCAA automatic qualifying mark.

The Missouri State swimming and diving teams will compete at the Missouri Valley Conference championships on Feb. 16-18, in Carbondale, Ill.
