Senior Fati Khamissi won a Missouri Valley Conference Women's Tennis Individual title in No. 2 singles after defeating Stony Brook's Sasha Bekirova in a three set nail biter 6-3, 4-6, 6-3. The honor is Khamissi's first individual laurel and the program's first since 2005. Khamissi was one of two Bears to win their respective brackets over the weekend.
