This week's Murney Student-Athlete of the Week is Missouri State softball's McKenzie Vaughan. Vaughan made Bears Softball history last weekend, becoming the program’s all-time home run leader. The senior two-way standout earned the win in the circle and knocked the walk-off solo home run to open the series against Belmont, before breaking the record with her 32nd career homer in her first at-bat on Saturday. For the week, Vaughan knocked two home runs, drew four walks and stole two bases in addition to going 2-0 in the circle.
