This week's Murney Student-Athlete of the Week is Missouri State women's basketball's Indya Green. Green’s career night helped lead Missouri State to a 10-point victory over Tulane on Friday (Dec. 1). The junior from Springfield, Mo., set a new career high with 26 points against the Green Wave, marking the first 20-point scoring performance of her career. She also added a season-high 13 rebounds, three assists and went a perfect 6-for-6 from the charity stripe as she recorded her eighth career double-double and first of the season. Green is the only player in The Valley this season to post a stat line of at least 25 points, 13 rebounds and 3 assists and she is one of just 10 players nationally with that stat line so far in 2023-24.
