Gracie Johnston finished with a 0.00 ERA in her three appearances at the Boerner Invitational this past weekend.  She tossed five scoreless innings against TAMU-CC on Friday to pick up her second win of the season.  In the complete-game effort, she gave up just four hits—none of them for extra bases—and fanned six while allowing just one Islanders runner to advance past second base.  Johnston totaled 7.1 IP in a 10-inning thriller against UTA where she pitched three scoreless innings to start the game before re-entering in the sixth and finishing with 5K and 0ER.  To cap the weekend, she made a relief appearance (1.1IP) as part of the MSU pitching contingent that helped the Bears defeat No. 23 Iowa State, 3-1.
