Quinn Weakley

Quinn Weakley joined the Dr. Mary Jo Wynn Academic Achievement Center as a graduated assistant in August 2024 and rose to Academic Counselor in January 2025.

Weakley works with the Bears' cross country, track and field, and STUNT programs in all aspects of student-athlete academic success, including eligibility, performance, planning and registration in addition to providing academic presentations for recruits.

A native of Kearney, Mo., Weakley graduated from Northwest Missouri State with a psychology degree and minor in sports psychology in 2024, and was a thrower on the Bearcats' track and field team for four years. She is on schedule to receive her Master's in clinical mental health counseling from MIssouri State in 2026.

While at Northwest, Weakley made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and the dean's list all four years in addition to serving as a Peer Wellness Coach, which involved ongoing wellness training, participation in weekly behavioral intervention team meetings, and meeting with students in one-on-one settings to focus on implementing treatment goals set forth by their counselor.
