Nathan Hiles began as Missouri State's Compliance Coordinator in May 2025.
Originally from Cincinnati, Hiles attended Ohio State University where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Education in 2020. He was on the Dean's List for five semesters and was active in the Sports Business Club on the Columbus campus.
His professional experience includes intern opportunities with the NCAA Enforcement Office (2024), the Athletic Compliance office at UW Milwaukee (2024) and the Athletic Compliance department at the University of Minnesota (2024-25).
He is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Marquette Law School in Milwaukee as well as a sports law certificate candidate from the National Sports Law Institute.
