Cullen Smith was hired as Assistant Director of Athletic & Entertainment Facilities in August 2021.
Smith, who earned his Master’s in education and leadership from Quincy University in 2021 and Bachelor’s in communication from Culver-Stockton in 2019, brings several years of experience in college athletics gained during his time in college.
As a graduate assistant at Quincy, he worked in game day operations, marketing, communications and facilities for the Hawks’ 21 athletic programs. In his undergraduate days, Smith worked in marketing, communications and was the sports editor of the student newspaper at Culver-Stockton. He also interned two summers with the Lansing Lugnuts, working in a variety of roles for the minor league club.
