Andrew Kunaka was announced as a Missouri State graduate assistant women's tennis assistant coach in August 2026.
Kunaka started his collegiate tennis career at Iowa Central Community College where he played for two years starting in the spring of 2022. He then transferred Lees-McRae College where he earned a bachelor's degree in December of 2025.
He then went to play at Chicago State for the spring of 2026 to use up his eligibility before joining the Bears as an assistant coach at Mo State.
Kunaka was the top junior player in Zimbabwe in 2018. He also competed on the ITF Junior Tour before playing on the ITF Futures Pro Circuit in 2019.Â
Kunaka has further represented Zimbabwe at every level and was also selected to represent his country for the Davis Cup in the summer of 2026.
