2022 Cross Country
Competed in five of the team’s six meets during her senior campaign including appearances in both postseason races... Was the Bears third-highest finisher in three of the five meets she appeared in... Raced a season-best 5-kilometer time (18:17.0) at the Chile Pepper Festival where she collected 77 team points... Earned a lifetime best 6-kilometer time of 22:15.5 at the Platte River Rumble... Was named to the MSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll during the 2022 Fall semester. 

2021 Cross Country
Raced in all six meets for the Bears during the 2021 season... Consistently finished in MSU's top-three runners... Ran a career-best 5K time of 18.08.1 at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 1, 2021)... Recorded a season-best 6K time of 22:27.9 on Oct 15, 2021.

2020-21 Cross Country
Competed in all three meets… Scored points for the Bears in two of her three races… Finished 32nd at the MVC Cross Country Championship (March 3) after she ran a 5k time of 19:19.4… Rounded out MSU’s scoring at the Little Rock Open (Oct. 17) after finishing 14th… Recorded a 24:11.2 time in the 6k race at the Cowboy Jamboree (Oct. 3).

2019 Cross Country
Competed in seven meets… Scored points in all seven meets… Rounded out the MSU scoring at the MVC Cross Country Championship where she finished 41st… Posted a personal-best 6K at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet with a time of 22:55.3… Ran an 18:27.2 5K for a personal record at the Chile Pepper Festival… Finished 33rd out of 283 runners at the Southern Stampede to help push the Bears to the team title in Joplin, Mo…. Received the State Farm MVC Good Neighbor Award.

2018 Cross Country
Competed in four events for the Bears… Ran a 15:57.6 4K time at the J.K. Gold Classic (Sept. 1)… Season best 5K time of 19:33.5 at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 15)… Posted a 19:42.6 5K at the Chile Pepper Festival (Sept. 22)… Ended the season at the Bradley Pink Classic with a 23.21.1 6K run.

2017 Cross Country
Did not compete for the Bears.

Ran four years of both cross country and track at the varsity level for Warrensburg High School... Three-time All-Conference, two-time All-District and two-time All-KC Metro recognition... 2015 conference champion in cross country and in the 3200m in Track.
