2022 Cross Country
Competed five of the Bears six meets during the 2022 season... Led the Bears in every race she appeared in... Earned a 12th place finish in the Bears’ first meet of the season... Ran a lifetime-best 5k time of 17:32.8 at the Chile Pepper Festival on Sept. 30 and a lifetime best 6k time at the Platte River Rumble on Oct. 14 (21:39.7) … Was named to the MSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll during the 2022 Fall semester. 

2021 Cross Country
Competed in every meet for the Bears... Led MSU as the team's top racer in five of its six meets... Finished 34th at the MVC Championships... Recorded personal bests for her 5K and 6K races with times of 17:40.09 (Sept. 18, 2021) and 22:04.56 (Nov. 12, 2021), respectively.

2020-21 Cross Country
Competed in all three meets… Paced the Bears as the team’s top finisher in two of the three races… Earned her second straight top-25 finish at the MVC Cross Country Championship (March 3) after coming in 19th (18:39.2)… Placed sixth at the Little Rock Open (Oct. 17) with a 5k time of 18:42.9… Recorded a 23:06.6 and finished 34th in the 6k race at the Cowboy Jamboree (Oct. 3)… Named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team.

2019 Cross Country
Competed in six meets… Finished top-3 among MSU runners in all six meets including the NCAA Midwest Regional meet where she paced the Bears with a 22:29.7 6K time… Placed 24th at the MVC Cross Country Championship with a 5K time of 19:16.8… Set a personal-best 5K mark (18:03.4) at the Southern Stampede which earned her 17th and helped lead the Bears to its first-place finish in the team scoring… Started off her sophomore campaign with a 14:49.7 4K to place 9th at the J.K. Gold Classic.

2018 Cross Country
Ran in five meets as a freshman… Posted a 19:05.5 time at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 15)… At the Chile Pepper Festival (Sept. 22) an 18:55.2 5K was ran… The Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 12) saw a 22:55.8 time… Earning a season best 5K time at the MVC Championship finishing 45^th… Ran a 22:43.0 season best 6K at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

High School
Competed in cross country and track at Monarch Park Collegiate... Track MVP at Monarch Park Collegiate all four years of high school... Set the school 800m record in 2015-16 and the 400m record in 2014-15.
