2022 Cross Country
Competed in five of the Bears six meets during her senior campaign including an appearance in the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 11... Earned a 23rd place finish at the team’s first meet of the season... Enjoyed a lifetime best 5k time at the Chile Pepper Festival (18:29.5)… Raced her second lifetime best of the season in one of two 6k appearances where she clocked a time of 22:46.4... Was named to the MSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll during the 2022 Fall semester. 

2021 Cross Country
Competed in five of the team's meets during the fall 2021 season... Ran a personal best time of 18:49.8 at the Chile Pepper Festival 5-kilometer race... Raced a career-best in the team's first 6K of the season of 22:59.1 (Oct. 15, 2021)... Chosen as MSU's fall female recipient for the MVC Scholar-Athlete spotlight.

2020-21 Cross Country
Competed in all three meets… Finished 52nd at the MVC Cross Country Championship (March 3) with a 5k time of 21:14.5… Ran a 24:36.9 in her first collegiate 6k race at the Cowboy Jamboree (Oct. 3)… Clocked her season-best 5k time at the Little Rock Open (Oct. 17) after finishing at the 21:09.9 mark.

2019 Cross Country
Competed in four meets… Made her MSU debut at the Mizzou Opener (4K), finishing 31st with a time of 15:47.4… Set her season best in the 5K (20:07.3) at the Southern Stampede… Closed out her season at the Chile Pepper Festival (5K) by posting a 20:45.5 time.

Background
Ran cross country/track & field for Ash Grove High School... Was a district and conference champion cross country runner her senior year... Ran on the 4x800 relay team that placed second at the state track meet... Finished seventh in the 800m at the state track meet.
