2021 Cross Country
Competed in three of the teams six meets including the MVC Championships and the NCAA Midwest Regionals... Finished 27th in the team's first meet of the season with a time of 19:34.05 (Sept. 4).

2020-21 Cross Country
Competed in all three meets… Top-3 finisher for the Bears in all three competitions… Placed second at the Little Rock Open (Oct. 17) with a 5k time of 18:32.8… Finished 21st at the MVC Cross Country Championship (March 3)… Recorded a 23:23.1 and finished 43rd in the 6k race at the Cowboy Jamboree (Oct. 3).

2019 Cross Country
Competed in seven meets… Scored points for the Bears in all seven meets… Ran a personal best in the 5K at the Chile Pepper Festival with a time of 18:21.7… Finished 13th at the J.K. Gold Classic where she marked 15:04.7 4K… Clocked a 19:40.6 5K to place 38th at the MVC Cross Country Championship… Recorded her fastest 6K time (23:14.6) at the Under Armour Pre-Nationals.

2018 Cross Country
Competed in two events for the Bears… Set a 20:54.7 time at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 15)… Ran a 24:57.7 6K race at the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 12).

High School
Competed in cross country and track at Eureka High School... Ran and lettered all four years in track and cross country... Ran 5K varsity level in cross country and captained the team her senior season... Four time cross country state qualifier... Paced middle distance in varsity track and took home the 4x800m state championship her freshman year.
