Christine McCartney, a native of Arlington, Texas, joined the staff of the Dr. Mary Jo Wynn Academic Achievement Center in the summer of 2018 after spending nearly two years in the department as a graduate assistant.
She was a four-year standout for the Bears’ volleyball team from 2010-13. As an outside hitter, she accumulated 1,077 kills in her career, good for 17th in school history, and ranks 10th at Missouri State with 3,151 career attacks. She earned Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Year honors in 2010, and helped the Bears to a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances during her playing career.
She graduated from MSU with a Finance degree in 2014, and recently earned her Master’s in Sports Management in May 2018.
