Keeley Durkin

Keeley Durkin joined the Missouri State athletics strength and conditioning staff in May 2026. She will work primarily with the women’s basketball team.
Durkin came to Missouri State after serving in the same role at Springfield College (Mass.) for the last year, where she managed the strength and conditioning efforts for women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s cross country and men’s and women’s swimming. In her role, she created and executed programs to improve performance outcomes and support injury prevention, coordinated with head coaches to align strength and conditioning strategies and planned in-services for the graduate program.
She also has previous experience working as a strength and conditioning intern with the University of Kansas football, Springfield College and the University of Pennsylvania among other organizations.
Durkin graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2024, before obtaining a master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College in 2026.
